ADMINISTRATIVE:

Applications Administrative Assistant - Provide support for bid and submittal process. Required: Must have working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), good phone skills, ability to multi-task, attention to detail, proactive, independent decision maker, and high school graduate; some college preferred. *Newly Opened*

Executive Assistant - Will assist the President and Executive Vice President to maximize effectiveness. Requirements: Bachelors Degree plus 5 years administrative experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience), extensive Word and Excel knowledge, computer fluent, and excellent editing/ writing skills. Must be proactive and organized with a professional image.

ENGINEERING:

Applications Project Engineer - Will act as engineering technical support for the new equipment sales staff, selecting, applying and pricing HVAC equipment, and preparing technical proposals and submittals for major construction contracts. Requirements: Microsoft Office proficient, Mechanical Engineering degree, self-motivated, energetic, detail oriented, and good communication skills. Controls Project Manager - Responsible for overall success of multiple automated controls projects. Requirements: Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent field experience, Microsoft Office knowledge, customer focused, good math skills, self-starter, and willing to travel.

Energy Engineer - Analyze energy conservation measures in support of our EBS force. Required: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or relevant engineering preferred, 3 years experience in industry or engineering, Microsoft Suite fluent, analytical thinker, and excellent communication skills. Preferred: AutoCad or Trace knowledge, involvement in the local ASHRAE chapter or membership in Association of Energy Engineers.

Project Developer - To provide accurate, reliable project pricing and effective system design for Building Automation Systems. Requirements: Bachelors degree (Mechanical or Electrical preferred) and 2-3 years HVAC industry experience preferred.

Project Manager - Responsible for overall success of multiple automated controls projects. Requirements: Bachelors degree (Mechanical Engineer preferred), highly motivated, has sense of urgency, and eager to learn.

Sales Project Engineer - Will manage all technical and project management aspects of HVAC construction projects sold through Indirect Sales channel, with full responsibility for project execution and financial management. Requirements: Engineering degree (Mechanical preferred), Microsoft Office knowledge, excellent organization and communication skills, analytical thinker, detail oriented, and a team-player. Preferred: Two years experience in HVAC industry. *Newly Opened*

Solutions Project Manager - Responsible for overall success of multiple Mechanical Systems projects. Requirements: Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent field experience, Microsoft Office knowledge, customer focused, detailed, good math skills, team player, and willing to travel.

SALES:

Account Executive - (Baltimore Office) Manage and build assigned customer accounts in a specific vertical market and/or territory. Requirements: Bachelors degree, fluent in MS Office, goal driven, well spoken, self-starter, and personable. Preferred: successful industry experience, controls background, and pursuing or completed MBA. *Pending*

Parts Inside Sales Team Leader - (Largo) Provide direct supervision to the inside sales staff and to develop and implement a training program for the inside sales staff within the Parts Department. Requirements: some HVAC education or equivalent field experience, 3 years HVAC industry experience, proficient in Microsoft Office Application. Must have outstanding customer service focus, strong technical HVAC knowledge, team builder, ability to teach, and proactive.

TECHNICAL:

Service Engineers (Journeyman Level) - We are looking for candidates with outstanding skills for Journeyman-level positions with our Service Department. Requirements: 5 years verifiable experience in HVAC service, CFC Certification, Maryland and DC HVAC license, clean driving record, willing to travel throughout our service area.

Controls Service Engineers - We are looking for candidates with 5 or more years of mechanical and controls experience. Requirements: CFC Certified, apprenticeship school graduate or equivalent experience, fluent in Microsoft products and Building Automation service tools, organized, mechanical system oriented, and a team-player. Preferred: programming experience.

INTERNSHIPS:

Applications Engineering Intern - Providing engineering technical support to engineering sales staff. Requirements: currently pursuing engineering degree, fluent Microsoft Office, self-motivated, energetic, good communication skills, and attentive to detail. Preferred: HVAC field experience or obtained college courses in HVAC.

BES Engineering Intern - Assist with BES-related activities. Requirements: detail oriented, friendly demeanor, has a sense of urgency, able to work 20+ hours per week, high school diploma and pursuing a mechanical engineering degree. Preferred: familiar with AutoCad or equivalent drawing software. *Pending*

Summer Parts Intern - We are looking for a hard working, organized self starter. Required: quick learner, follows direction, reliable, customer oriented, computer fluent, and able to work 40 hours per week.

Summer Service Filing Intern (2) - We are looking for an outgoing, energetic, conscientious, reliable student for this position. Requirements: office experience, able to work 40 hours per week, and MS Office knowledge. Preferred: pursuing a bachelors degree. *Pending*
