ADMINISTRATIVE:

Marketing Leader - Lead the company in developing and achieving marketing strategy and objectives. Senior Accounts Receivables & Collections Representative - Will be responsible for processing and recording payments received, and to assist the Credit & Collections Manager with certain daily credit and collection efforts. Requirements: Bachelors degree, 3-5+ years credit & collections experience, knowledge of collection law, MS Office and accounting software knowledge, detail oriented, motivated, creative, team player, able to multi-task and present solutions, personable, clear speaker and thinker.

 

Service Coordinator - Will be responsible for coordination of internal and external customer service requests. Requirements: 3-5+ years of customer service experience, self-starter, able to multi-task and meet deadlines, team player, detail oriented, and HVAC knowledge preferred.  *Newly Opened*

 

ENGINEERING:

ACS Project Engineer - Provide timely, cost-effective engineering and technical support of Controls projects. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.  3-5 years experience in building automation design required. *Offer Pending*

Project Developer -  Will be responsible for Building Automation System project development, to include providing Building Automation and Energy Management technical expertise. Requirements: Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree, self-motivated, strong communication and organizational skills, detail oriented, and 2-3 years of HVAC experience preferred.  *Offer Pending*

Sales Engineer (Experienced) - Responsible for developing long-term customer relationships and maximizing account penetration and customer retention with a focus on Consulting Engineers and Technical Owners. Requirements: Bachelors degree in engineering, fluent in Microsoft Office and Outlook, motivated, self-starter, able to work independently, and customer service oriented. Preferred: knowledge or experience in HVAC Systems and construction process.

 

 

SALES:

Account Executive - Develop long-term client relationships and maximizing account penetration and client retention. Requirements: degree in Engineering or Business Management, 3-5 years HVAC experience, MS Office knowledge, high moral character great written and verbal communication skills.

Account Executive Critical Services - Develop long-term client relationships and maximizing account penetration and client retention. Requirements: degree in Engineering or Business Management, 3-5 years Generator Rental and HVAC Rental business, MS Office knowledge, high moral character, great written and verbal communication skills.

Parts Inside Sales - Provide professional sales for internal customers, to insure quality maintenance of their equipment, and to provide inventory maintenance, control and audit. Requirements: minimum 1 year HVAC Parts experience, MS Office proficient, problem solver, strong communication skills, and customer service oriented.

 

TECHNICAL: 

Service Engineers (Journeyman Level) - We are looking for candidates with outstanding skills for Journeyman-level positions with out Service Department. Requirements: 5 years verifiable experience in HVAC service, CFC Certification, MD and DC HVAC license, clean driving record, willing to travel throughout our service area.
