Success Story
Vertical: K-12 Schools
Challenge: Atholton Elementary School experienced a chiller failure on the second day of the school year. After the school alerted Boland, an experienced Service Technician concluded that the current chiller was unfixable.
Solution: The Rental Services team swiftly sourced a temporary 125-ton Air-Cooled Chiller unit and delivered the equipment only a few hours later. The equipment was installed and started up around 11:30 pm that same night, giving the school a comfortable indoor environment before students and staff arrived the following morning.
Results: The elementary school was able to open as scheduled the following day. The temporary chiller was removed in the fall when the school switched to heating, and the Rental Services team installed a temporary chiller in the spring.
