Your 2018 New Year's resolutions included reducing your energy bill, having your building run at maximum capacity, taking more training courses, and of course, going to the gym. We proudly partnered with you to accomplish your goals because your mission is our mission, well except for the gym (maybe next year).

Here’s how we worked together to get you more of what you wanted and needed:

1. Ability to request service online

It's the middle of the day, requests won't stop coming in, paperwork is piling up, and now the chiller is acting up downstairs - yikes! The last thing you want to do is sit on the phone. No need to worry - you can submit your service request online in a matter of minutes, and our team will take it from there.

2. Access to best-in-class training

More than 25 training classes and a dozen targeted breakfast sessions means that you had all sorts of opportunities to network with colleagues and learn from the best in 2018. Missed them last year? Make sure you mark your calendar for our 2019 training and events.

3. Easy to use training portal

So you've done the training, your boss is happy with the amount of PDH Certificates you've racked up, and you're happy with everything you've learned - the only thing that could make it better is if the certificates were stored in one, easy-to-access place with up-to-date literature, and it offered relevant resources for further learning. 4. Free tickets to industry events

If you didn’t take advantage of the free tickets we give to events such as the Bisnow State of the Office or Mid-Atlantic Data Center Conference, then you are missing out.

5. A WINNING HOCKEY TEAM! (GO CAPS!)

Okay, sure. We can’t take credit for the entire win, but Boland made sure Capital One Arena and the rink were in tip-top shape for the game. We’re calling this an assist!

6. Access to Team members who gave Boland the title “Best Place to Work” for ten years.

This year, Boland was not only named a Best Place to Work, but we also earned the #4 spot among extra-large companies. Lou Boland, Sr. would be pleased to know that we are continuing to build on his vision of growing and investing in our team members to construct a community of experts.

It's been a pretty great year, but we are looking forward to next year!
