Our highly skilled service technicians, field team leaders, and energy engineers teach Boland's Professional Development courses. They are passionate about the industry and strive to expand our students’ understanding of HVAC equipment.

Boland's Professional Development course offerings provide the most pertinent, up-to-date information. Our program offers a variety of training topics, including Basic HVAC, VRF CITY MULTI® Startup and Service Essentials, Energy and Sustainability, and more. The Maryland DLLR approves Boland to offer CEU hours for licensing requirements.

Custom Training
Boland offers customized training sessions year-round, tailored to your team's objectives and HVAC experience levels.
Our training fee includes your customized course material, instruction by one of our subject matter experts, and all training materials. Courses can be taught at your facility or ours. All VRF® CITY MULTI courses are held at our VRF Training Center in Lanham, MD.
