Trane IntelliPak rooftop units have defined the category for more than 35 years with the highest customer satisfaction ratings in the industry. Now with insights from customers, Trane’s new IntelliPak with Symbio 800 Controller continues to have the industry’s highest energy efficiency.
“We started by listening to the requirements of customers, then partnered with the engineering team to incorporate learnings into the design,” said Charles Abbinanti. “Now I am responsible for the commercialization and training process. Working with Boland – Trane’s DC Representative – provides us with a great opportunity to share how this technology will improve the customer experience.”
