SAFETY
Regard for the safety of the general public, our own associates, clients, and subcontractors is a core responsibility at all levels of our organization.
At The Heart of Everything We Do
Boland's Safety Program was developed to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, with particular emphasis on the OSHA requirements that apply to our operations. Our ultimate goal is to keep our associates and business partners accident- and injury-free.
Our Goals & Commitment to Safety
We are proud of our safety metrics, which continue to demonstrate our strong safety culture. In 2025, we achieved a record-low EMR of 0.53, significantly outperforming the industry average of 1.0.

Our commitment goes beyond compliance; it’s about creating an environment where people feel empowered to speak up, look out for one another, and take proactive steps to prevent accidents. At the end of the day, the goal is simple: we want every team member, partner, and community member to go home safe to their families, every single day.
