Meet: Jonathan LaDue
Jonathan LaDue was hired in January of 2020 as a 5th year Apprentice. He hit the ground running with an integration project consisting of Tracer SC+ and JCI VAV controllers. Each JCI VAV required reprogramming of the device instances the baud rates using JCI Software. Additionally, Jonathan has provided significant support and leadership with the tall task of retrofitting, programming, testing, and documenting around 500 VAV's between three important job sites; all these projects were Trane Air-Fi, which demanded high attention to detail and a quick learning curve. Not to end there, he is an instrumental part in thoroughly checking out dozens upon dozens of Trane CoolSense boxes on both of Boland's first CoolSense/DOAS controls projects. Jonathan has been supported by dedicated control experts Dave Flynn, Matt Finkbeiner, and Bill Skillin on each of these projects.
