R'NEWAL PROGRAMS & EQUIPMENT UPDATES

The Trane R’newal™ Service programs are comprehensive services that restore the performance of either the units compressor or building controls by replacing worn parts and materials, or upgrading software technology. These services bring your existing units to the same level of reliability and current technology as offered by a new Trane chiller or building control unit.

ECO-FRIENDLY OPTIONS

  • Free Cooling – using low, external air temperatures to assist in chilling water, which can be used immediately or stored

  • Heat Recovery - using ventilation and equipment to produce a cross flow between inbound and outbound air flow

  • Variable Frequency Drives – control motors to reduce energy based on demand  by establishing patterns between speed and frequency

  • Static Pressure Reset – Installing sensors and equipment that recognize patterns and intuitively adjust static based on demand as outdoor and indoor temperature patterns change

INTEGRATIONS

  • Control Systems

    • Trane Tracer products are truly open protocol systems that communicate in all programming languages for controls, inc. BACnet, Tridium, Lon, over a cloud accessible dashboard.

  • Equipment Control

    • Large equipment can be upgraded with newer control panels to provide more functions and communicate directly with other equipment rather than a sole source. This allows machines to self-adjust based on determined set points and demands.

ENGINEERED CONVERSION REFRIGERANT UPGRADES

You’ve heard refrigerant regulations are changing, and compliance is quickly becoming a bad word. Don’t fret, you don’t need to worry about replacing your entire chiller. And no, this isn’t a compromise. We aren’t just switching out parts. Trane uses the same performance modeling and optimizations techniques for engineered conversions as it uses in designing new chillers.

Here’s what you are getting in a nutshell:

  • Assurance of the same material reliability found in new CenTraVac chillers

  • Engineered solutions to system performance needs, such as higher capacity, increased efficiency, and/or increased outdoor air flow

  • Replacement of all dated parts that are incompatible with new refrigerant

  • New Trane nameplate that records chiller performance parameters and all changed materials
