  • Free Cooling – using low, external air temperatures to assist in chilling water, which can be used immediately or stored

  • Heat Recovery - using ventilation and equipment to produce a cross flow between inbound and outbound air flow

  • Variable Frequency Drives – control motors to reduce energy based on demand  by establishing patterns between speed and frequency

  • Static Pressure Reset – Installing sensors and equipment that recognize patterns and intuitively adjust static based on demand as outdoor and indoor temperature patterns change

    • Large equipment can be upgraded with newer control panels to provide more functions and communicate directly with other equipment rather than a sole source. This allows machines to self-adjust based on determined set points and demands.
