The Washington Business Journal’s The Best Places to Work program honors the area’s leading employers. Washington Business Journal looks for companies and non-profits that go above and beyond fostering an enjoyable and meaningful work environment for their employees. Employees of the nominated companies completed a third-party survey, and the results were evaluated based on employee opinions regarding their environment and leadership.

The selections were revealed at an event in Tysons, VA on May 11th. Boland was honored as a Best Places to Work in the highly competitive Extra-Large Company category!
