Boland, the leading commercial HVAC system, services, and building energy solutions provider in the DC Metro area, has been recognized for the 16th year as a Best Place to Work by the Washington Business Journal.
The Washington Business Journal’s The Best Places to Work program honors the area’s leading employers. Washington Business Journal looks for companies and non-profits that go above and beyond fostering an enjoyable and meaningful work environment for their employees. Employees of the nominated companies completed a third-party survey, and the results were evaluated based on employee opinions regarding their environment and leadership.
